Yoga
Mary believes in the transformational nature of yoga and makes it accessible to everybody—and every body. A lifelong learner, she seeks opportunities to keep her teaching vibrant and is thankful for the presence and dedication of her students who inspire her daily.
After beginning her yoga practice in 1993, Mary became drawn to the clarity and accessibility of the lineage teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar and completed both advanced and essential teacher training under the direction of Francois Raoult, internationally renowned yoga teacher and direct student of B.K.S. Mary also studied with Arthur Kilmurray, Elise Browning Miller (scoliosis), Judith Hanson Lasater (anatomy and restorative yoga), Timothy McCall (yoga therapy), and Brooke Myers. Most recently, she studied with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar at the Ramamani Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India.

Pamela Bell, D.C.
Chiropractic Care
Pamela uses her abilities as a chiropractor to problem solve new or chronic concerns to help people achieve their wellness objectives. Her functional approach acknowledges how integrated the spine and extremities when an injury occurs. She has extensive knowledge of soft tissue and repetitive strain injuries.
Pamela provides each patient with individualized treatment based on age, physical condition, and health goals. She may also refer patients to other health practitioners, including a primary care physician, for both the enhancement of overall health and proper treatment or management of the symptoms present.

Annette Sessions, MD
Acupuncture
Dr. Sessions experienced the powerful healing capacity of Worsley Five-Element Acupuncture as a patient and chose to study at the Great Lakes Institute for Training in Classical Acupuncture. She currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Worsley Institute and actively participates in ongoing advanced training in Worsley Five-Element Acupuncture.
Notably, Dr. Sessions is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology in the Department of Urology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Board-certified in Urology and a member of the American Urological Association, she earned her medical degree at Vanderbilt University, Bachelor of Arts at Duke University, and a Master’s degree in French at Middlebury College.
