Brighton Pathways to Health is dedicated to serving your health and wellness needs. Through a group of licensed and highly skilled and compassionate practitioners, we recognize that the body, the mind and the spirit must be in harmony in order for the whole person to become and stay well.

We specialize in the following practices: Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Tai Chi, Mental Health Counseling, Shamanic Drumming, Shamanic Counseling and health and nutrition counseling.

Yoga and other movement and group therapies are available in our back building. Please visit our calendar of events for a full schedule.

Our Location

We are working in a beautiful and relaxing environment to enhance your healing experience. Our setting is a converted house with a separate, spacious, one-room building, all located on an acre of land, just a few minutes from 12 Corners in Brighton, NY. Our lot is wooded on two sides offering a unique, tranquil and natural environment to enhance your healing experience. You may encounter hawks, wild turkey, deer, rabbits, butterflies, dragonflies and many different birds during your visit!

Our goal is to provide individualized and professional, quality health and wellness treatments using the highest standards in a comfortable and natural setting. Come and experience Brighton Pathways!
